What is still?
still is a 60-second audio experience for people who want to quiet their mind but find traditional meditation too complicated or too much effort. Press begin, listen, and that's it.
How does it work?
You press Begin. A short audio session plays — ambient, wordless, calm. When it ends, you answer one question: Did it slow down? That's the whole experience. No setup. No configuration. No next step.
Why audio, not guided meditation?
Guided meditation asks your brain to follow instructions — which is another form of noise. still uses wordless audio to give your attention somewhere to rest, without adding more things to think about.
Why only 60 seconds?
Because that's a commitment you'll actually keep. Long sessions create pressure before you even start. A minute removes the excuse.
My mind didn't stop. Did I do it wrong?
No. You're not trying to empty your mind — that's not what this is. You're giving it one quiet thing to rest on for a moment. Even if your thoughts kept running, you still paused. That counts.
Is it free?
Yes, completely.
How do I save my sessions?
After a session ends, tap save your record. Enter your email — no password needed. Your sessions are saved so you can see whether it's helping over time.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. You can listen without signing in. An account only matters if you want to track your sessions across visits.
